Please go. Because I can’t. I just arrived in California and despite being here, I’m wishing I was back in Guam at least for Sunday. When I finally got internet access, my Facebook wall was flooded with updates about UPSHIFT STANCE FEST. As I type this, the pre-party at Planet Hollywood is going down…hopefully people took a break from working on their rides to relax for a bit. I’ve seen people posting pics painting their rides, fitting their rims, and some just telling us about it before finally “breaking out.” Guys, bring it hard…. (really hard…hahaha!). The Hafadaze crew will be keeping an eye out for the best looking car and will award the winner with a trophy at the end of the night. Let’s go!!

I originally wasn’t planning to write something up… but when I went onto Guampdn.com and saw Darryl Delos Santos’ Lexus GS. Ohhh boy; it’s looking real good! I’m excited to see what the boys from Guaranteed have been working on, as well as everyone else! Speaking of Daryl, I’ve known him for awhile now, he actually painted my Lexus ES300 back a few years back.
Check that out. I had a body kit air shipped via UPS from Japan. Got the kit for around $600 but the shipping killed me. Seriously, money was pretty disposable for me at that time, oh how times have changed! haha! This pic showed the “stance” I had. For this shot, I remember the back had 3 people getting an air-con break. Yea we do stupid things like that. My car was only on Intrax drop springs back then… I still hit up the ES300 forums from time to time and have found that there are now so many more suspension options from when I was still fiddling out with that ride. Maybe I should go for another round? hmmmm.
