HAFADAZE!
If you’re reading this, thanks for sticking with us through these slow times… I know there are viewers because we are still receiving around 50 hits a day with no updates and our Facebook “likes” have been slowly increasing. From the bottom of my callus-infested feet, si yuuos maase!
Woke up this Saturday morning with a text from the SSHS AutoShowdown-II organizer saying the show had been postponed to a later date. I was kinda glad that this happened because we all know that the weather has been BABA the whole week. Anyone remember CarAudioImage’s Metal Attraction car show awhile back?…. oh man, that day/afternoon/night we might as well have been on Noah’s Arc. The Yigo Amusement Park was FLOODED!!!! It was literally like sitting outside during a typhoon. No matter what we did the rain got to us because of the strong winds. We did some crazy stuff to shield us from the rain that day, including angling our pop-up tent and umbrellas in more bending ways than you can get in a kama sutra book. Here’s a pic from that day… Didn’t look too bad in the morning but it got crazy after a couple of hours.
We’ll keep you updated here on the new date of the AutoShowdown. So just keep checking back.
We also have a couple of features lined up… someone just needs to pick up the ball on writing them. Let me tell you, these are gonna be good because not only do they invalve slick wheels… but they also invalve tsiks! (I really know how to spell involve ok…). As soon as we get around to writing them up, they will be published.
Once again, THANK YOU FOR VISITING AND LETTING OTHERS KNOW ABOUT OUR SITE!!!
Much appreciated.
