CAR CULTURE

Abunai Girly

HAFADAZE!

We first met Jaime Mendiola at the Simon Sanchez High School Autoshowdown-II a few months back. (ps. thanks for coming out guys). Her 1992 Nissan 240sx was parked in a location that wasn’t so great… it was dark and I’m pretty sure this car didn’t get the second looks it would have and what it gets when seen travelling on Guahan’s roads.

Jaime has always been a 240sx/Silvia fan since ever since… she would observe her father working on the numerous 240s he would purchase and fix in his garage. When she finally had her super sweet sixteen, dad went ahead and got her the coupe you see gracing this website. Like many others, she started out with a pile of junk. It took a lot of penny-pinching but with the help of many close friends – Von Burrell – to name one – Jaime was able to transform her guam bomb into the purp’n’gold beauty she so cherishes.

98′ 240 Kouki front end swap… daze.

It’s a coupe!

Jaime shoutouts to: GMJ Motor Service, Von Burrell, Team Abunai, and Sweatyflesh!
